We recommend the international scientific conference “Education of the Future: Innovation, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence—Challenges, Opportunities, and Best Practices,” which will take place on October 19–20, 2026, at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

The international project meeting (WP 1) took place at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Porto on December 4 and 5, and served as a valuable forum for academic exchange and collaboration. The event was led by Thiago Freires, who is responsible for Work Package 1.

This groundbreaking initiative brings together partners from Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Norway, and Sweden, united by a shared mission: to modernize and internationalize teacher education for a multilingual, inclusive, and AI-informed future.

A European teacher academy is to be established at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU) in the coming years. With its concept of focusing on artificial intelligence and bringing several international partners on board, the KU prevailed against more than a hundred competitors in an EU tender, according to a statement issued by the KU on Thursday.
